Spare parts
Every minute counts when a machine breaks down. Therefore, it is important to us to provide you with original spare parts as quickly as possible. This way, your machine and your project will be back in action in a short time.


The entire spare parts catalogue is centralised in the Italian warehouse. Each machine is delivered with the user manual including a list of spare parts. To easily locate the required part, we provide the drawing of the numbered parts. Orders for spare parts subject to wear such as hammers, blades, knives, drive belts, etc. can be placed directly in the online shop. Or fill out the Assistance Form for the supply of spare parts under or out of warranty.
Manuals
Each of our machines is delivered with a use and maintenance manual. This document specifies in detail the maintenance phases during the life of the machine, depending on the number of hours of use. Our customers can also request the use manual in PDF version at any time. If you have lost it, request a copy of the manual by filling in the information form.

Repair procedure
If you have a technical problem, the first step is to inform the Deleks after-sales department via This Assistance Form.
Depending on the type of fault, we will offer you one of the following solutions:
- DELEKS sends the spare parts necessary for the repair.
- If the machine is still under warranty, you can, with prior authorization from Deleks, contact your trusted mechanic to carry out the repair operations. Please note that transport costs are not included and the estimate from the mechanical workshop must be previously validated by DELEKS.
- Pick-up of the machine for repair or replacement at the discretion of Deleks.
During the repair intervention by the customer or a mechanical workshop, the DELEKS assistance team is available to advise and provide expertise. DELEKS offers its customers lifetime spare parts.
All you have to do is request a quote by filling out the Assistance Form.
For assistance on LONCIN, KUBOTA, YANMAR, BRIGGS&STRATTON, YAMAHA and HONDA engines, you can contact the authorized assistance centers located throughout Europe directly, providing the details of your engine. Deleks will provide information support upon request. For LIFAN and KOOP engines, contact Deleks.

Deleks guarantees the availability of spare parts worldwide, through a network of importers. To ensure our presence in an area outside of Europe, please request the list of dealers by filling out the Assistance Form.
Requests will be handled within 24 hours from Monday to Friday.
